Look closely and you can see the black top of our home on wheels. There's a lighter colored
one on the left side of us. We are on quite a hill.
When we drove west, we crossed over the interstate and ended up on a logging road which we chose not to explore. We crossed over a small river that did not have a name posted.
Even without a name it is still pretty.
Then we went north toward a town called Paradise. We only went part of the way and turned around. This time we were driving beside the Clark Fork River which seems to be following us everywhere we go. Jerry said he thinks this unnamed river runs into the Clark Fork which goes north and eventually joins the Columbia River which flows to the Pacific. The rivers on this side of the Continental Divide flow to the Pacific. On the east side they flow to the Gulf of Mexico. A few of the small ones go to the Atlantic. The geography of this country is as interesting as the history. I just can't get enough of this scenery.
