Still here-April 3, 2012

It was dreary and stormy looking this morning, so we studied all the forecasts we could find and watched the Weather Channel. We could see the storms were west and we were going west. So, rather than drive into the bad weather, we stayed put for today. It did rain here in Thackerville. The bad weather went north and, as you know, it went south to Dallas. Did you see the picture of the 18 wheeler flying through the air in Dallas? What a shock. But then cameras are everywhere. The rain has stopped along with the wind that ruined our last two night's of sleep. We'll get up and hit the road to Wichita Falls tomorrow and then on to Amarillo. I hope everyone reading this is safe.
