Sturgis, South Dakota-Jun3 7, 2012
We moved up the road a few miles today to Sturgis. That's the little tiny town where they have the huge motorcycle rally every year in August. It's just an ordinary little town now but grows by hundreds of thousand of people in early August. We don't plan to stick around for that. As soon as we got checked in and set up, it started raining. It is not a bad storm, just a steady rain. It sure beats 50 mph winds! We are not complaining. Things were very dry in Box Elder, so right now the rain feels good and smells clean. Hopefully it will let up tomorrow so we can go exploring. There are a number of activities to do around here so we will be here at least a week.
