Yes, at last-June 2, 2012

We have our DirecTV back! Yippee!!!! The powers that be decided we deserved a free service call plus a credit on our account. Trust me, after loosing the major part of two days we did deserve it. When the technician drove up today we could see him looking at the top of the coach, sort of like he was saying "I'm not climbing up there!". He didn't have to and we knew that when he arrived but we loved watching his face. He was very, very smart and quickly solved the problem. He had it up and running in no time. And we are so happy. It takes so little to make us happy. It was only a matter of making older equipment compatible with new equipment. We are sad to have lost the time we wanted to be tourists, but it was worth it to be connected with the outside world again. Locally we receive local channels in two different time zones, which is weird, but it still did not keep us connected with the outside world. The weather is really getting nice here so we may just have to find a nice place to walk tomorrow afternoon. I wish you all a very happy and peaceful Sunday.
