We walked to the hotel in the rain last night and walked home in the rain. In fact, it rained all day, too. And it's still raining today. They had a big party there and it was fun to watch and enjoy.
At midnight this was on all of the television screens.
And this was on the outside of the hotel. Interesting color combination.
It was almost like Mardi Gras.
There were noisemakers in abundance and people really blew the horns while a band played. A rowdy bunch rung in the New Year with gusto. We saved our horns to take to Hannah to let her make a little noise, something both parents will really appreciate!
