Saturday was spent cleaning the dirt out of this coach after all the horrible wind and blowing dirt last week. It was dreadful and took us all day. Now we are fine and praying for no more wind like that before we leave. Today we packed a box to go to Mother because we think today is the only day that the weather is decent here. And it should be quite cool there at the end of the week. I call it her late Easter gift and Jerry says it is early Mother's Day. We had a fun conversation with the rather unusual UPS clerk while we were there. Then we took off for the Tuscany resort. We've never been there and wanted to be able to say we have been. It was very nice. Then we came back and I was fortunate to get to wash clothes. There's never a dull moment here!!
As with all the resorts/hotels in this city there are tons of lush green
plants growing around big water fountains. I state again that this is
arid desert climate and it seems so out of place to see all this water.
But then a pile of rocks and dirt would not be pleasing to tourists.
We will be leaving next week so we are trying to see everything we possibly can as well as going back to the places we enjoyed the most. It will be a busy few days.
