Zoey at 3 days of age. They turned her over so the
milk indigestion would go away. It did. Do not ask me
how they know this. Zoey certainly did not tell them.
We got a day off today and almost feel lost without Hannah. But yesterday was long and exhausting.
Hannah arrived very early in the morning.
There's nothing better that a bowl of Cheerios and Kai-Lan on
television to start the day. Actually we all prefer Bubble Guppies
but it was too early for their show.
We had another thunderstorm yesterday. We opened all the shades and talked to Hannah about it. We told her when the rain and thunder and lightning were over we could watch the birds take a bath and eat worms.
We kept our word. Here she is, in the front window,
supported by "Daddy" (she has two and doesn't mind at all).
She's pointing to the birds who did indeed take baths and eat worms.
It was just another treasured time for us.
Until Zoey comes home our lives will be centered completely around Hannah and her needs. We are more than willing to help. But that means this travel blog isn't going anywhere. I'm sorry and happy about that at the same time. We'll get back to sightseeing as soon as all is well here.
