Flu shots-October 6, 2011

What an interesting day. We spent a great deal of the morning trying to get flu shots. In the end we were successful but we had to go to two different places. My insurance is universal. Jerry has Blue Cross of Alabama. They will not pay for vaccines. We paid. No big deal but what a mess that insurance is. We will change that shortly. Let this serve as a reminder that if you have not gotten your flu shot yet, please do so asap. By having to drive all over the place we were able to see the fresh snow on the tops of the mountains. It was delightful to see. We stopped for lunch at a nice little Mexican restaurant. Then it started raining again. It was so nice this morning we went for a walk. Now it's chilly and damp. Hopefully it will be clear tomorrow morning as it was this morning. We are ready to move on down the road. Las Vegas is calling our names!!
