HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
Hope you had a great Irish celebration today. We babysat all day but I still arranged to cook a typical Patty's Day meal. We had corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and beer bread. It was delicious. I love that meal so much I wish we could celebrate more than once a year!
I apologize that it has been a while since I posted. It's just been a busy time plus now I am working on income tax and this year I had more paperwork to gather than ever before. I really was hoping we would be able to do our taxes on a postcard this year. Oh well, maybe next year.
We are planning another trip so maybe I can get caught up on this blog then.
