After completing an appointment in Daphne, we stopped at Fidler's Peanut Farm for a few fresh green peanuts. This is peanut harvest time! We came home and could hardly wait to throw them in a huge pot with a tiny bit of salt. We just snarfed them down without hesitation. They are WONDERFUL! I only boiled half of what we bought. The rest is under refrigeration until our next pig-out session. We both think there is nothing better than warm fresh boiled peanuts. We are truly happy campers!! So sorry you are not here to enjoy this wonderful treat for the tastebuds.
