Several times we have passed the sign on the interstate about the Springs Preserve but didn't have a clue what it was. So, finally we looked into it and decided we needed to see it. We went today and were very impressed with what we saw. First of all, it allows for lots of walking through beautiful scenery. It is also a place of education on water conservation, landscaping for this climate and how to plant a pretty and functional garden. Lots of pictures were taken today and it is really hard to decide which ones to post.
A calm and pretty path to begin the walk through the Preserve.
All along the way there are delightful places to stop and rest.
We have no idea what kind of plant this is, but it was stunning.
This was such a pretty sprinkler. We need one to
water our pomegranate tree!
Another pretty path..........
The weather was most cooperative today. Very nice.
