It was windy today for the third day in a row, but the wind today was much cooler. Tonight will be quite chilly, too. We are not complaining at all. We went to the extreme south end of Las Vegas today and in so doing, not only found a 12 lane highway (not an interstate) but we also found a part of this city we really, really like. Too bad the summers are so hot. Then we got on the interstate to go elsewhere and ended up in 5 lanes of solid gridlock. Then an ambulance had to get through which was almost impossible. It must have been a bad wreck at least 4 miles ahead of us. It took forever to get off the interstate and work our way back to humanity. When we got home our pomegranate tree had 6 new blooms on it. It likes it here also. The weather today was just gorgeous and we were delighted to be able to go out and enjoy it.
It has been windy for 3 days. But today's wind is much cooler. Very nice.
