Thanksgiving-November 27, 2013

I managed to get sweet potato pies cooked today. We will put the turkey breast in the crockpot tonight and everything else is planned for tomorrow. It holds promise of being our last bitterly cold day. For that we are very grateful. We have lots of other things to be thankful for, too. While we are not happy about this weather which is colder than Denver, Colorado or Sturgis, South Dakota, we are thankful we can stay warm enough. We are thankful our coach will soon be completed and we can be on the road again. We are thankful we have our health and still appear to be sane. We are really thankful we have had this opportunity to travel. We are thankful for our families. And you know very well we are extremely thankful we have been able to welcome little Hannah into our lives and hearts. The list goes on and on. I hope that tomorrow, either before or after you indulge in delicious food, you take a few minutes to reflect on your life and be thankful for your many blessings. No one's life is perfect, but there are still things to be grateful for.

Enjoy your day. Love your family.

                                     HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
