Call this the "front porch" of Aria. Just stunning.
This enormous wall of cascading water. It was cool and calming.
It is an enormous wall of these tiny tiles.
These beautiful butterflies hang in the lobby of the hotel.
This is hard to explain. Also in the lobby were a large number of plastic cylinders filled with water. Tornado looking water spouts swirled in these tubes. No two were alike and all were fascinating.
They were also in the floor with colored lights in the bottom.
And last but not least, please see this restaurant in the center of the resort.
Look closely. In the center are the tables and chairs. It was one of those china, crystal, silver type restaurants. We decided we did not belong there so we went to the buffet. It would take me another half an hour to tell you how wonderful that buffet was. Unlimited crab legs, shrimp, sushi, jambalaya and there was even some food I would eat!! If I try to tell you about the desserts, I'll drool on my keyboard. The entire buffet was scrumptious.
I have at least another half dozen pictures I could post just from this day alone, but decided to spare you. Just take my word for it that this was another day that defies description and will remain in our memories for years to come.
This is the first time I have been on your blog. You did a great job. Will have to keep up with you now. Kay and I are at Bullhead City, AZ right now.
