Rainforest Cafe-May 3, 2013

We actually visited this restaurant on Monday, April 29th, right after the Colorado crew's arrival. They were tired and hungry. We only had to walk across the street to the MGM to eat at the Rainforest Café. It was a delightful meal. I thought people only ate there for the atmosphere but the food was actually very good. It is odd to have all of those jungle animals watching over you while you eat, but it's not distracting. Both the sounds and animation are very entertaining.

Roll Tide! No, wait, this pachyderm was standing above and behind

me while we ate. When he trumpeted he was extremely loud.

 

 

And this pretty feline was up on a rock facing me. She kept

making eyes at Josh. She watched over everybody.

 

This was really a fun place to eat. I know it is a chain restaurant but I don't think there are very many of them around the country. Afterward we went outside and looked at the lights. There is nothing quite like Las Vegas at night. The lights are magical.
